GDA oversees the leasing process for a portfolio that consists of approximately 8 million square feet. There are 74 properties in 23 real estate markets throughout the United States.  The leasing services provided by GDA consist of the following: 

  • Management of third-party leasing brokers in 23 markets
  • Marketing and leasing of vacant spaces
  • Positioning and preparation of properties for refinance or potential sale
  • Comparable property analysis and evaluation of market conditions
  • Tenant relations for existing tenants
  • Lease negotiation for new and existing tenants 
  • Lease assignment, extension, expansion and relocation for existing tenants

On average, GDA handles approximately 35 lease transactions each month.  In addition, GDA provides market analysis, tenant performance data, municipal relations and construction consultation.  The lease transactions and related real estate services include the following:
